Sweat with us while empowering your heart, body and mind from home (or wherever you are).
What you need: a yoga mat if you have one (or substitute a blanket or towel for floor portion of workout). Also have a water bottle or water nearby to stay hydrated. Shoes are optional; workout clothes you feel comfortable sweating in.
TNL 58’ is a 58 minute full-body workout that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with meditation. All movements are synched to the tempo and flow of each song on a curated playlist. Launched by New Yorker-turned Parisienne Jess King in October 2016, TNL 58′ is a workout experience “pour la positive attitude pratiqué” (Glamour Magazine) and is accessible to all fitness levels (modifications welcome).”
